Primo 2.4 in WinCE has huge problem with voices, TTS Pro and so many.....
But I think if you delete some rows (from "vr" and from "sound") from your sys it will work.....

If you like to make your iGO working do the following:
Delete your sys.txt and delete the folder save from your device!

    Download this and unrar it:

Copy sys.txt and if you like try iGO 263722 that I have for you in the download file.
As I remember, 263722 it is the same with 267029....
    Thanks to titisoim for 263722

Furthermore if you come from Canada you can try British English TTS Pro , you can find it here:

So now, probably, you don't have voice not only in iGO Primo but to all programs of your device.
To restore back the voice to your device you must make RESET to the device.

Maybe blutooth of Primo 2.4 cause that!
If you like try to use this data.zip for Primo 2.4, it is compatible with 263722 and I have set off the blutooth and the phone options inside the data.zip.

I would have to take a look at the zip file when I get home tonight. For now, I used 263722, British tts and north America q1 2013 map along with your sys text file but I got no luck.

I can still play music through my sd card, radio and Bluetooth streaming. However, there is no sound in primo. Not even the key sound

Where am I supposed to put the files from the data.zip? Do I just drag them all into the root of primo folder?

Delete from your root of Primo : data.zip, sys.txt, save

Add data.zip file from the download , sys.txt. Primo will create a new folder save.

In addition, try to make RESET to your device because blutooth of Primo 2.4 makes all this situation.

update: i went to my car for a quick system restore without changing any file and guess what!? I HAVE SOUND NOW!

You mentioned about the bluetooth of primo 2.4 will create issues. Is there anyway to disable that? I am guessing it won't interfere with the actual bluetooth system from my navigation right
