    Same problem here.
I think it is primo 2.4 causing this, not the maps.
I am going to install primo 2.0 on a second device and test the maps.

You can open the crash.txt to see why your Primo crash
You can find this archive in the root of your Primo.
There are lot of reason that Primo can crash, such as a corrupted map, lua.files, skin, sys.txt...
Suggestion, delete your folder save and see if that happens again......

    Hi zervdim,
I have the same problem. but i didn't find the crash.txt file. I choose the keep both the GPS and application logs in iGo. But no crash.txt is found after crash. Do you have suggestions on this? Thank you.
I changed to 2012Q4 map too. So far so good. looks like the problem of nevteq 2013 Q1 map

I don't understand what you have written...

While you change map you still have the problem?
Do you use basemap? Maybe this one is the corrupted ?
Primo close without any message in your screen?

If you got a message in your screen and Primo suddenly close then Primo produce crash.txt in the root of Primo.

If you like, tell me the resolution of your device and which Primo you like Primo 2.0 or Primo 2.4 in order to upload for you.

I prefer to use Primo that ,titisoim give to us

    Add more info:
or maybe your card (if you run iGO from a card) is corrupted?
I had an issue in iGO Android : iGO some times runs sometime don't run and give me unexpected errors!!!
I throw out my SD card, I add a new one and then everything is fine

Is there a problem with the base map?

Well, we see you run Primo using resident, not sd card.
If you havent made some modifications in your sys then it seems that basemap is the problem.

Try to run Primo without sys.txt, so delete the folder save, delete sys.txt and run Primo using the latest map.
If the problem is back again then use your sys, and put the older maps and another basemap to see what will happen...

Or try to use a fresh (bugfixed) Netherlands map... [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Thanks Gigya, but would that cure the crashes in Belgium?

Zervdim, can i delete the basemap using navtec maps?
I am running a 2.4 version with teleatlas maps without basemap.
    Runs fine for now...
