It's just a question of whether it will work nicely on the Oreo system, it's still fresh and there are many problems.

Igo Basarsoft
Hi,
I am using Igo Basarsoft android version 9.18.27.717219 (October 18 2017) and I am wanting to put tts voice files into the program. I need English UK , English US and English AU. If anyone could guide me through what I need to do it would be greatly appreciated. My head unit is a Eonon GA2170 1024x600 and is running Android 8.0 Oreo. Sorry if I have missed anything out as I am new to your forum.

Hi,
I have made a directory VocalizerEx on the flash drive of the head unit and copied the English voice pack files to that directory. I then installed the Vocalizer APK file. I went to settings languages and changed the text to speech engine to Vocalizer TTS. It shows all the different english language options but none of them will make any sound when I push the play option to test them.Have I done something wrong? Is there something else I need to do for it to work in my Igo Basarsoft program.

As I wrote in my previous post, it is easily possible not to function.
The problem is often encountered with the HU devices, and that the thing is worse - very likely TTS engine incompatible with Oreo.
If someone else has an idea, I'm sure that it will publish.
