i have the same problem, and this is my first time trying to use tts. i never had any tts engine before.

No, none of this was the problem.
I have 5 options in VocalizerEX2 TTS:
1. Use system language
2. Croatian
3. Croatian (Croatia)
4. Croatian (Croatia,Lana'PremHigh)
5. Croatian (Croatia,Lana)
Everytime when i choosed the 4th option, the voice in iGO disappeard.
Now i choose the 2nd option and it is working.
The strange thing: Back to option 4 again, and now it is working too!

hi, i have a question about this voice and igo primo.
at the moment i'm testing(read "playing") with igo primo, primo-israel and nextegen?
in nextgen street names are pronounced, ofcourse without domestic sounds čćđš( probably because maps does not have that letters)
But voice also work in primo and primo israle ,but street names are not pronounced, is there a limit or do I need a special version of primo, or this voice is only for nextgen
any comments or opinion about my question is much appreciated

I have just tried both iGO Primo and iGO NextGen. It reads street names in both...
With TomTom maps you will have ščćđž.

please what version of primo are you using, send mi sis for primo or how did you set it. i tried both primo and primo israel with serbian voice TTS Nuance Voice Lana, v.1.1. and croatian Universal unisex TTS voices and both of them are not saying street names only turns, exits etc
both of them i tried in demo mode if its irrelevant
did you use standard language or from this thread, did you put some extra files or lines in sys

i found the guilty part, so if your primo wont talk street names check in ux folder for "gpsandmore_route_summary_android_2.4" and delete it, if its there.
after cleaning igo folder of all unnecessary files i found that this add-on is blocking tts voice in primo pronauncig names.
