I don't use nextgen so I don't know if there are any problems with it.
Try and tell me. Also which skin are you using? Pongo's or Frontzosd?
If you have problem with mine you can try the one in Frontzosd skin.

I believe the best and most innovative solution for you is to install the latest Vocalizer voices:

You'll probably have to update its dictionary.voice (but it's not difficult), as well as the type of Skin you use also depends on the Nextgen version, for example if your version doesn't have the Weather service it doesn't matter to translate all the voices concerning Weather situations.
Or you can replace the dictionary .voice with the one found in the Antony Greek voices for Luna, I use the same voices for both Luna and Israel, (Pongo Skins).
With the new Vocalizer voices you can also correct words that are not pronounced correctly.

have luna on my phone with Antony's voices, everything is fine there. I also installed iGO Basar 9.18.27.736574, I got the tts that Antony says in greek, I put it in this basar version, I didn't test it, it will work. I'll try after the new year and let you know.so one-way BIRVANTE is in this case the Universal unisex TTS and engines v.1.x?I forgot to tell you that I installed vocalizer tts on my device
