Good morning,
I installed the Morocco_R3_HERE_2023.Q2 maps, in the /content/mat of iGO_Israel on my tablet, but they do not appear in the Menu/About/Content/Maps of iGO.
Is it the same with the iGO_Pal on my smartphone?

are you sure of your path, /content/mat ? realy folder must be content/map

if the cards are in the correct folder but do not have the license they appear in red in the list generated by Menu/About/Content/Maps

it's a typing error, the path of my iGO is /content/map
I did not manage to put a screen image of my iGO, but the maps of France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, etc..., are well displayed, but not Morocco "nor in red"

I hope you didn't delete the licenses that come with iGO Pal and that it is a package from this Forum

Quite a mess
Delete all current licenses, reinstall apk let her insert her licenses. You don't need anything else
When you mix content from different editions, the hnr files don't work
Do you drive a truck? Otherwise, delete the ftr files. Read carefully the instructions from the tutorial thread
And check if the files you downloaded from the Internet are complete, undamaged

I did as you wrote,
on my Android 10 tablet, with iGO_PAL_9.18.27.719974, I uninstalled iGO, deleted the licenses, and reinstalled iGO. But it's still the same, the Morocco maps do not appear !

On my Android 14 smartphone, with iGO_NextGen_Pal_v9.18.27.719974-MOD-A14, after uninstalling, deleting the licenses, and reinstalling iGO, I now have a global_cfg not found error ?

I don't have a truck, but a 7m40 camper van

My screenshots are from mobile with A10 ... iGO Pal, TomTom EU maps and Here Morocco
It's obviously something with your system/transfer, your mistake or the file is corrupted

I didn't say uninstall. I wrote - reinstall apk. This would only extract licenses and maybe sys...
Good luck, I want you to get iGO to work again on A14.

I dropped iGO_Pal, still the same error?
I tried with iGO World and Israel for Android 14, I no longer have an error when starting iGO. However, I still don't have the Morocco maps in Menu/About/Content/Maps of iGO
I'm trying to find the license for the Morocco maps
