Tomtom_Go_Navigazione_e_Traffico_v1.17.6_Build_2129_Patched_By_DFoX

1) install the app from Google Play store. <--------DO THIS FIRST !!!!!!
2) run it, close. <----------------------------------DO THIS BUT do not download any Maps or Voices
3) uninstall from Application Manager. <-------------THEN THIS BUT do not uninstall it with The Google Store !!!!!!
Please note do not use 3rd party uninstallers only use what came with your phone or tablet......
4) install Tomtom_Go_Navigation&Traffic Patched <--NOW THIS
5) restart phone

You are ready to go now get your maps and voices.

ONLY If need this is a obb file to copy in SDCard\Android\obb\com.tomtom.gplay.navapp\

We have issues, when not necessary to follow you instructions:

1 - on first install just was used patched 1.17.6 app, without any additional steps - and all went well, maps downloading, app works OK
2 - as you pointed in (1-4) - not restart needed (5) - (but in 2 - was d/l'ed tiny map - don't think it's important) - also everything goes smooth...

The instructions are for first time users of the app.

If you already are using the patched version there is no need to use the info boxer2has posted.

You just install over the last version you have installed......

I posted these instructions back in 2016 on many forums.

Have helped many users get the TomtomGO to work with these instructions.

I do not post for the sake of posting.

Many first time users of this app have had a lot of problems because they did not do it correctly.

I only pointed this out for the sake of first times users of this app.

And you and I both know users do not read the instructions for many of the GPS app's posted here.

Even on DeltaFoX forum he has the same instructions.......

Too bad this version still cuts off some voice directions sometimes. This problem persists for quite some versions now.

Now that i notice...
App works just fine but every time I start the app it seems to generate a ttcrashlog in the "navkit_tombstones" folder
Anyone else noticed this behavior?
