I go from the Netherlands to Turkey for a holiday by car.
I now use navtec 2018.Q1 including Turkey.
Which is newer, Q1 from navtec or 2018.03 from Basarsoft?
Can I use them both?

Basar. It does not have to be newer, but it's certainly better.
Not at the same time. Depending on software, with mapchanger yes.
