of course they exist...
The 4 .hnr(v2) files are indicated "version error" in my windows ce primo but it looks like still able to generate the "fast", "green", "easy" & "short" routes, so I have no idea why they were indicated "version error" in the system. Since we are still missing the .fsp and .fjw files, plus no extended poi are available, I may stay with 2015 Q3 until this 2016 Q1 becomes complete and no errors are reporting.
P.S. If I understand correctly, .hnr(v2) is for special hardware and for normal windows ce primo or igo, we need the .hnr files not the (v2), so hopefully this would becomes available sooner or later.

Piz speaks about missing files of "District of Columbia" : ftr / fpa / fda
Maybe you're missing some licenses [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Or in sys.txt

The interesting thing is that even they are showing version error but I am still able to generate the four different kind of routes, so may be it just doesn't matter. And I found that in 2015 Q3, .hnr is properly showing that it is licenced but .hnr(V2) also giving me version error, and this is the reason I am saying that perhaps windows ce primo/igo needs .hnr instead of .hnr(V2)
P.S. I remember someone in the 2015 Q3 thread did mention that the hnr(v2) is only for Pioneer, hopefully we would have someone to provide the hnr without v2.
