For Libya, the best map would be HERE

In The Netherlands HERE is the better choice, TomTom has sometimes a problem finding the correct address.

But what about routing? And for tourist that need to tour through the country?
For anyone who needs to drive outside of Athens especially in the smaller local roads I'd suggest tomtom. Of course I always have the latest versions of both maps and can easily switch with the map changer ux so if something goes wrong I have an alternative.

This is the first time ever I see a Dutchman prefer HERE/Navteq over TomTom (which is a dutch firm) since I visit GPS forums, which must be ... almost a decade.
Till now, 100% of the Dutchmen prefered as the best map in their country TomTom. To my surprise now 99,99%

I searched the whole thread for an opinion about France. If ever someone did give, it's gone now
Can a French user comment on best maps to use in France, if possible the northern region near the coast?
    Thanks!

    Yeah, all gone.
Since my cousin went to France several of months ago, I also looked here. I was surprised that couple of users recommended TT.
Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

    Spoiler: obs
Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
