TomTom for Ireland - can put in Irish postcodes (eircode) on TomTom can use eircodes (albeit only 3 digits out of the 7 can be inputted it seems) HERE maps I dont think have the Irish eircodes and I dont think they have any plans to include, not last time I checked with them.

you can imput eircodes on 2017 tomtom maps but after that there a prob crazy

Croatia - HERE is better

In poland use NaviExpert but on the offline i prefer IGO tomtom maps
here maps have to many ground ways
google maps take to long route vs NE
here not see adress on village
for search my object i use Maps.me

Hello, I live in Spain and for me HERE has more precision in addition to graphics

Poland i use AutoMapa or HERE

For Serbia HERE.

From ME to HU, via RS tested HERE and Tom tom. HERE was better

Hello from Serbia, my vote goes for TomTom, 10 points :)

In my country TomTom works the best. also the GPS accuracy is better than the others

Have you tried HERE maps in Serbia?
HERE are definitely better than TomTom...
