What device / OS do you have ?
Usually this error occurs if you use on PDA a PNA executable.
So, do you have a PDA / WinMob ?

    Halo
My device is Asus A636N/Windows Mobile 5.0
    It's a PDA.
What you need to do to work?

In my opinion, try to run this version on a PDA with only 64 m.b. total ram (enough, but not too much, for a PNA)....... is wasted time ....

Share crash file....(it's sufficient the first part).

    Spoiler: Example
    ------------------ Crash Log Begin -------------------

    Current System time: "2014-03-18 21:35:59"
    Build version: 9.6.5.278914
    Build configuration: Product--ARCHFAM
    OS version: 6.0

    TotalUseableMemory: 87 MB, 888 KB, 0 B
    MaxMemory: 129 MB, 0 KB, 0 B
    ReservedMemory: 0 MB, 0 KB, 0 B

    gdzies try this one :
    Spoiler: link
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Also, on PDA you have to use ux-utility calibrate-fix by dodobird :
    Spoiler: link
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

In archive there are 3 folders, after unrar copy those folders into folder Becker.
    And add in sys.txt :
    [Utility]
    calibratefix = 1

    maury22, the error :
"WinCE CallStack snapshot (function names unknown - map file \ResidentFlash\iGO Primo Truck 2013 Europe\Primo.map not found)"
occurs when you use an PNA executable on a PDA.
On my MIO P 360 works reasonably including TTS .

The crash files needed to know how much free RAM has the PDA .....You know this info?

" WinCE CallStack snapshot ecc. ecc. " needed to know the name of the Internal Memory or External SD. You know this info?

Don't even know if her SYS.TXT file is good for that PDA.......You know this info?

I have always worked with that information in respect all iGO softwares (I begun working with all iGO in 2008).

    EDIT :

And, if I remember correctly, calibrated fix is for Windows Mobile OS 6, not for Win Mobile OS 5

I don't think that crash.txt realy need to know how much free RAM has the PDA .
On my device becker works even if I delete this file, strange ...
I thought it was a simple error log file that is created / incremented only when an error occurs.

I don't think I need to now "the name of the Internal Memory or External SD" as long as almighty doctor created an PDA .exe

On point 3 useful and constructive information.

    On point 4 congratulations.
I started to play with iGO last week, and I think I was lucky that revo2 it works on my Mio P 360.

"almighty doctor" said "... No official version 2.0.x primo does not work on Windows Mobile without modification... referring to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]".
