HERE WeGo - Offline Maps & GPS up to latest

Hi,
i have problem with here as soon as i run here we go program it give me error message and close the program
the error massage is "map Egy version 9.01 does not match software ver 9.0"
android 4.4.4
does any one have way to solve this problem.

Try a clean uninstall and reinstallation.

Clean uninstall:

1. Uninstall the app.
2. Go to a file manager (apps like ES file manager; File Commander or File Manager).
3. Set “Show hidden files” to ON (i.e. so that hidden files are shown).
4. On both SD Card and Internal memory find the folder named .here-maps and remove/delete it.
5. On both SD Card and Internal memory check if there is still com.here.app.maps folder present (/Android/data/com.here.app.maps/)
6. If it is present, remove/delete it on both SD Card and Internal memory
7. Restart the phone
8. Install the app again

thank you for help , i did all steps as you wrote , as soon as i run here we go program it give me error message and close the program the error " make sure the memory card is in your device and start the app again "
by the way it is not mobile it is car android with ver 4.4.4

Yes they insert ads in latest versions.
