    Default improve receiving The signal fast

    I have winca s160 (m691 ) to corolla - Android 4.4.4
    it take a nearly 10 minute to receive Satellite GPS Signal.
    I found The below in Group he claim it improve receiving The signal fast( it should put in sys.txt file) does it is right or not

    You should ask this question in iGO section, since it is related to it.
