There is no rush on my behalf ,I just wanted to see if substitution was an option other than members using a HEX editor as it might be a less risky process?

Great Post! I ran through your post today and found that only the SQLite worked for me to disable the "Safe Mode"... The Hex Editor addresses didn't seam to work nor did the Notepad++... Thanks!!!
