It means it's an Asian device and as you've now realised not suitable for this mod. However there is nothing you can enable because it already has JCV anyway, which was lacking in most EU/US releases of 1350. ID device spec's:
Asian models were/are often higher spec'ed than US/EU equalivents.Code:https://www.garmin.co.id/products/ontheroad/nuvi_1350/#specsTab
This is still very relevant. I still use and other people the Garmin 1200. Can you also enable traffic trends and nuroute. Otherwise Thank you very much for taking the time. You should look into modifying and enabling nuvi 2250 features.
Very easy method. Allows me to keep using my garmin 1200. Thank you very much for taking the time to develop. If feasable, also enable nuroute and traffic trend
You can only activate support for the usual routes. But I have a problem with the review of the saved route on 1200 even so I do not have the same problem in 1300. In any case I like to have a current route planer instead of default an adding intermediate POIs. The solution is here on the forum.
Not possible to add those features to 1xxx as there's no support for them in the firmware. You can add the "Routes" option as said above, look here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. You'll get the extra function in menu as shown below.Quote:

I think all 2xx0 series are 2011 devices similar to 37x0 and lack a populated region 140 so you cannot easily mod them for extra features like is possible for 2012 34/35x0 and 2xx5 series.Quote:

Thank you for the response, wasn't sure whether the forum was still active. I just found out there are other folks in the country still hanging on to their older 1200 and 1300. Routes are help full. Gotta verify the HWID on my other garmin 1200.
Otherwise, thank you again for the work. I loaded a 2019 map in an sdcard and associated files. all the features such as speed limit indicator, lane assist, and junction view pop right up once I drove around. Pretty impressed with the junction view and how smoothly the 1200 was able to handle the transition without skipping. Was worried processor was too slow
I think all 1xxx from 1100 to 1490 use the same processor from Cartesio ARM so performance should be the same across the series. The MTK reference is in regard to the GPS chip only.
