Thanks! Giomen. With your help, I found that all sub-maps with a prio including the letter "T" (witch could stand for Topographic info) they are the maps keeping the fishing chart contours. Removing those from the folder, do the trick.
I used GMapTool and selected the folder where I keep the bluechart. All the .img files show up in the folder view. Select all files and hit the info button. Then you will see, for each .img what prio it has. In my case it was "28 T" or just "28". then I deleted all files with "28 T" and then everything was just fine.

The letter "T" is sign that map is TRANSPARENT. The transparent map is visible above other map. It is true for device but it do not work in Mapsource.

Hi I do have a problem, and maybe You can help.
After I have splitted Bluechart g2 vision map for mapsource with GmapTool it became inappropriate.
The marks, lighthouses and so on are multiplied and misaligned (not on the same position). I understand that it is caused by overlapping "map feature" (as they are called in nRoute) misalignment and transparency. The view is like this:
unmodified Gmapsupp.img on SD Card: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
view after Gmaptool split for Mapsource: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
As there is no possibility to turn off "map features" in nRoute, maybe You know any solution for this? Should I add some parameters while splitting the map with GmapTool, or while installing it with cGPSmapper?

Did as suggested in link as displayed.
Still no joy into MapSource.
When CMD is executed no gmapsupp.img is being shown although instructed to do so to be in new folder where all 'split' files are sent.??

After you split files for Mapsource, Gmaptool will create in the folder you have chosen and put in the program, all the needed files and the install.bat you have to run to have this map written in registry.
You can put the map directory where you like, for example in Garmin directory, then run install.bat.
Run Mapsource, put detail at Max and zoom in to see it.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].
Is more than 740 Mb.
I don't uderstand what you did.
Read with care the tutorial I linked above how to split for MS the bluechart gmapsupp.img and install it correctly.
Post in the other thread please that's more suitable for your problem.
I will move these last posts too soon.
If you get errors in Gmaptool post them.
