I tried to upgrade to SGMY v2.50 but unsuccesful. I've tried using the boot.bin from both US v2.50 and v3.60. After load the modified firmware, the device just keep rebooting. I have to reload the mod SG v.2.30 in order to bring him back to life.

Hard reset solved the problem, thanks.

Is it possible to add TTS voice Indonesia (that I've got from Nuvi 1350 Indonesia version) to Nuvi 3790? Tried to add both vpm and sum file but it didn't show up in voice menu.
Any news to go to SGMY 2.50?

Maybe., but you need to edit in firmware not just added TTS voice file into voice directory.

    hello aekhong,
Is me again. Today, I tried to upgrade my 3790t (initial is US version) SG/MY v2.30 to SG/MY v2.50 but failed. It stop after "Garmin" logo.

    1) I make a mistake without H/R before flash with rgn
    2) I forget to disable all of Text., Keyboards ., Voices ., before flashing
    3) I'm using previous US boot.bin (HWID1101 ) that I used to convert US to SG/MY v2.30 (will this caused an issue too ?)

Then I flash with cure.rgn that you provide during I convert US to SG/MY. After flash, it can continue after "Garmin" logo and shown "load maps" , after "load maps" immediate it turn to another error screen below and only allow to exit and turn off device itself.
