Do a backup of any files you want saved, then do a hard reset. (With the unit off, hold a finger in the bottom RH corner of the screen and turn it on. A message will pop up 'Do you really want to erase all user data?', select 'Yes'). Then place the unit in an outdoor location with a clear view of the sky and it should get a satellite fix, but initial fix may take longer than usual.
