Garmin removes all earlier firmwares including original/UAT versions and only retains the current version on their servers for public access.Code:https://download.garmin.com/software/fleet790ATT_GPS_900.update
If your device is 'soft-bricked' by a corrupt file or incompatible fw i don't know how to correct that by the usual methods, i.e. like for devices using *.gcd/*.rgn fw files. As you'd be aware, fleet 790 is Android based hence the *.update file.
Got the 790 attxx.update to download. Express sees the .update but doesn't give me the install button like previous updates. Still working on it so guidance would be appreciated.
.................
webupdate finds the fleet790_ATT_GPS_900 from garmin but webupdate reports file corrupt. Back to googling....
Devices using Garmin's customised Android fw aren't so easy to manipulate as the ones running their usual proprietary fw.
Does your device still have the original factory-loaded version or has it had one named as V9.00 installed previously?
GE may have determined that the latest fw is already installed, so please state exactly what are you wanting to achieve or correct by loading/reloading fw.
The file on Garmin's server is unlikely to be corrupt and anyway WebUpdater is not compatible with .update files.
PS: Please don't make consecutive posts, use the Edit button to add to the immediately previous one instead.
