From me :
1. Switch off nüvi.
2. Hold top left hand corner of screen.
3. Open Updater.exe dragging .rgn in it, tick USB.
4. Connect USB cable. Still hold the corner of the screen.
5. When Updater.exe recognize nuvi press OK to start firmware flashing. Don't wait too long, otherwise screen calibration will start.
6. After 'LOADING...' appear on nuvi screen you may stop press the corner of the screen.
If you encounter any problems during flashing repeat the procedure but in item 6
6. Still hold the corner of the screen till the end of the firmware flashing.

Where can I find WebUpdater.exe?

], and because since loading patched V4.50 you've now loaded 'unpatched'/original signed V4.60 to it [as you told me in a PM] you now must start again using Updater.exe and a patched RGN file to load. Then, and only then, can you successfully load later patched versions using the GCD via any method.
Remove and use the V4.60 gupdate.gcd from the unit's .System folder which you'd loaded by WebUpdater or GarminExpress, make the patched fw using the patcher and re-load as an RGN file using Updater.exe in preboot.
Make sure you've got your head around the fact that because you've now loaded the later 'signed' firmware to it that a GCD loading of patched version is then not possible unless it's done after a prior loading of a patched [and unsigned] version to circumvent the 'GSV' [S.V. is Signature Verification] present in unpatched/original GUPDATE.GCD files. Once you load original software again it's back to square one.

Bear in mind that the nüvi 3xx units are ancient, don't need any patching and are limited to recognising map files up to 2 GB.
Best option is to create your own map from the PC installable version of the map, using MapInstall and keep the file size below the 2 GB limit of your nüvi 350.
