Reply With QuoteI too have / had this issue. I eventually managed to track it down to when I constantly disobeyed the sat nav. would black screen, then reboot. It Recently I decided to wipe (format) the device, then update it all again and remove my old maps. So far, it appears to be behaving.

Hello,
I have exactly the same problem with a Kenwood device. Kenwood DNX9260BT. It keep randomly reboot during navigation. I remove all the maps, voice , sd card. Problem start with europe 2014.20 map. I removed the map and i installed 2013.20. Same story. I did not run yet the chckdsk. Do you think that the format method will work for me ?
