As soon as I start Nuvi now it has already got satellites:satellites bars are already green when I get main page, no need to wait to start navigation and in few seconds accuracy in sat page is good. (5 mts) on my terrace.
I get 8 mts from my desk, inside, 4 mts from the window.

I've do a test outside. My accuracy is 9 - 13 meters. I've set Predicted EPH and cold start and also a single test on that menu. reset setellites and then wiat for new satellites. Turn off and then turn on but i've not see any differents. I've clear NON VOL and then try again with set Predicted EPH and cold start and turn off and then turn on but any differents. Outside always 9 - 13 meters.

Do you have this like Caty when you turn on nuvi?

As soon as I start Nuvi now it has already got satellites:satellites bars are already green when I get main page
If you don't have then you do something wrong.

Maybe Caty can write step by step what she do

    p.s.
What accuracy did you had outside before you convert 37xx to 34xx?

    I followed your procedure:
I started Nuvi ,pressed sat bars icon to get Satellites page, once I got the best accuracy I pressed Heigh , in this new page I checked Predicted EPH and cold start.
From this page I shut down my Nuvi off holding off button.
I restarted Nuvi and after restart as soon as I reached main Nuvi page satellites bars were immediatly green.

Getting Satellites signal now is immediate even indoor, may be I get bad satellite accuracy, for example from my living room sofa I get 50 mts,but I get it. This never happened before.

I cant say if it changed my Nuvi sat accuracy, but It changed the speed and satellites signal reception for sure.

It is sound like using a GPS Chipset Type M HotFix Data software on Nuvi 2x5 and 7x5. But Garmin is not predictable as usually. Why Garmin do not activate Predicted EPH by default!?

I think it seems like they do on factory-default 34/35xx. It maybe is to do with changes caused by conversion 37>34xx? I have an interesting situation with my 3490 convert showing similar accuracy to my 3590. But the 3590 was bought by me as 'partly-bricked' and although technically 2nd-hand it was brand-new. It had been mucked around with by someone and they mustn't have been game to take it to Garmin under warranty. It had a lot of corrupted files with weird names which wouldn't delete so i re-formatted to start again. Then I found fw problems so used cure3 and it worked fine. But i never got to see if it's original accuracy was 3-4 metres like an original factory 'out-of-the-box' 3490. Instead, it's as i reported in the side-by-side with the 37>3490 in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], both were generally 4-8m. Sometimes they get 3m or even 10m, but i've never had 15-20m reported by some. I'll do Loly's reset on both the 3490 convert and the 3590 then re-test and report when i have time.

After i check i don't turn off from that page but ruturn back by arrow or go TO test page and erase all setellites with single test. On morning i try Caty's procedure

For me there is not differents. like Caty, when nuvi start there are already satellites but the accuracy for me is the same. Outside after 1 - 2 minutes is now 15 -18 satellites

!!!!in open space my nuvi has accurancy of 5 - 6 metrers now!!!

Loly's Procedure works to improve accuracy on real 3490 too.
Maybe we should make it something to do once a month. !

    @Loly
Your English may not be perfect but your brain works very well. As far as i'm concerned you've solved the accuracy problem. My de-bricked 3590 is now showing rock-sold 3m like 37xx and 35/34xx out of the box. I think this procedure should be a final step after any fw cure is done too.

My 3490 convert improvement is not quite so dramatic as the 3590, but it's now showing 3 m while locked on to only 7 to 8 GPS sats + 1 SBAS sat (PRN 193 this time). When accuracy was 4 m or worse there was no SBAS lock and even with up to 10 GPS sats it could only manage 6m at times without SBAS. In this test, it seemed every time it lost the SBAS fix, it lost accuracy. But mostly it showed 3-4 m particularly when stopped, and never worse than 6m and that was only when moving and so briefly that I had trouble getting the screenshot of 6m. As soon as I'd stop to do the screenshot, accuracy would improve within seconds by a metre or two. i.e. 6m went quickly to 5 or 4 m etc. Conditions much the same as the other two tests (mostly cloudy). Vertical accuracy now seems more believable in 3490 too, and it's fix time is dramatically improved. Moving accuracy while not as good as stationary is most acceptable to me.

None of this explains why some users like giuseppe66 previously were getting 15-20 m while others like me, Caty & voyager56 were never getting worse than 10 m though. If all the other unfortunates can now get 5-6m with this procedure like reported above by giuseppe66 they should be happy imo. Screenshots are of 3490, I didn't bother with the 3590 as it was 3 m all the time, stopped or moving.
