The problem is that i can't get into the preboot mode ...
Yes you can, see below[*].

when i starter up the nuvi510 it's come in the screen whit the logo "garmin" with the tekst "loader loading..." ....
It's trying to load a software [firmware] which isn't suitable for the device or is corrupt.

The computer doesnt also see the nuvi as a masa storage ....
Because it's 'bricked' and is unable to load the software, therefore it cannot enter MSM.

when i tryed startet up the nuvi into preboot mode i see after 30 sec. a with screen with left under a black point with the tekst "touch dot" ....
[*]For the 30 seconds before the white callibration screen appears the unit has in fact entered preboot mode. That's the time when you can flash it using Updater.exe.

and than i get the screen whit the logo "garmin" with the tekst "loader loading..."
that it's
That's because it's gone back to trying to load the unsuitable software file which it cannot complete.
You said this in your first post:

..... i have the nuvi 510 upgrade to zumo 220, this has been worked buth i did later a upgrade with garmin updater ......
The program you called 'garmin updater' wasn't Updater.exe in that case i suppose. If that was GarminExpress or WebUpdater which you used to 'upgrade', then it would have loaded a file named GUPDATE.CGD to the unit's Garmin folder and this is probably the file causing the 'loader loading' to be constantly displayed.
It is very important to know which HWID your unit has now. Can you say how you did the nuvi 510 to zumo 220 conversion? Did you flash complete 220 firmware, or was it converted using 5x0 boot.bin and 220 fw_all.bin? If a complete conversion, the HWID is now 1138. If done with hybrid 5x0/2x0 fw it is still 0723. If you are now trying to flash with the wrong HWID boot.bin in Cure3 firmware the flash will not be allowed by Updater.exe using conventional naming of XXXX01000xxx [where XXXX is HWID and xxx is firmware version].
If you are at all unsure which HWID the unit has now, please use [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] in preboot to check it. A backup of your unit's GarminDevice.xml may show the HWID but it could have changed if a flash was forced with the other boot.bin. Best to check it with G7ToWin to be 100% sure.
