    Then, unfortunately, after all you've tried it's likely there is a hardware fault and unless it's obvious and fixable when you pull the unit apart you may as well leave it in parts for spares. Sorry i can't suggest anything further for you to try. Maybe others have ideas ....

    Yes I try in the car also. At the beging of my trouble I try it first in the car for more than an hour, becouse it has no power at all.

    Did you leave the GPS with a flat battery for a long time ?
    Did this GPS ever work properly in your hands ?
    Maybe you could try to convert to 34xx (Nothing to lose really)!
    You could also try to flash some very very old 37xx firmware !

    Yes. This is the thing that I will do - flash to nuvi 3490, but before that will flash with old firmware. Can you give me link to an old version please?
    No, this device I bought from ebay.co.uk and never work in my hands.
    And what you mean flat battery?

    When you first got the device did it turn on by pressing the switch or was it dead ? (low battery)
    I think it went on e-bay for this problem.!!

    We bought 2 devices from ebay and the both were with dead battery, but only this can't connect with satellites.

    When you open device, try to disconnect battery for 5 min and then connect it back, with this metod i repair a lot of nuvi 2xx with satellite reception problem.

    The first thing that I did was to open the device disconnect the battery for about 1 hour, look over the antenna module, soldering the connections and after that I look for help.
    Thank you.

    p.s.
    Now I flash with ver.3.60 with cure, but I can`t find ver 3.90 for original. Can I flash with ver.4.80 for original??
