Did RGN file flashed normally?
If it doesn't create update.log then your SD card is probably not recognized. Try formatting it as suggested [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] or try getting a new one.
kunix i have 2 garmin same problem 1 465t and 255w upgrate on garmin company to version 465T. The 465t do nothing but in 255w say now software loading and one green line is down in display!! i m waiting 5 min and i told you
Did RGN file flashed normally? I use update.exe correct?
This is exactly how this RGN should work. Please post here update.log from that 255w and make sure that SD:\41-backup.bin is created.Quote:

Oh well, I'm afraid it's a hardware problem. The flash chip inside both devices is broken. On a healthy device "ergn,41" should work without any error.
i uderstand i go recicle bin he he he!! Meny Thanks for u time
now say system software missing!
When i click on the updater.exe in the GarminCure3, encountered "There are no USB devices available". I was not able to detect my Garmin device nuvi 1350.
Please help, thanks.
@dreams970
Have you properly you put the 1350 into preboot mode? Hold top LH corner of screen and plug USB lead into the unit. Does it show in the USB window of updater.exe? Also, can you see the unit in Windows Explorer, have you got Garmin USB drivers loaded on your PC?
