    Yes, I got it, thanks.
But the tool: RGN_Tool_v084.zip, is no longer accessible.
Is there a different download link?

Was able to update the GPS. It still shows 3760 after the Garmin logo upon boot. Im assuming this is normal.

I renamed the Voice, Text and Keyboard files before the upgrade. Are these files still valid? I can rename them back?
Or should I get the ones from the first page? but the download links are no longer working.

    ............
Please see posts #1041 & 1042 above. It's now a nuvi 3490 in all but name only. As said by @SLI, run WU to get all 34x0 up-to-date files now. You should also be offered SRD Language-specific files for ASR use. If you want to use ASR you'll also need the map-specific ASR/SRX files which if available are obtained from the relevant map thread.

I did the upgrade and everything looks good except the voice direction. There is no voice direction.

    What files are needed?

I guess either you haven't re-loaded the voice files or named them back after the conversion. Check in the unit root for folder named 'Voice'. It should have the various *.vpm files in it, both non-TTS and TTS e.g. English_American_.vpn; English_American_Jill.vpm; English_American_Jack.vpm; Francais_Canadien_Julie.vpm; Francais_Canadien_Felix.vpm etc. If you don't have them connect to WebUpdater and download what you need from Garmin. Check you have Text and Keyboard files on-board too.
