Nuvi 13xx and 14xx software versions summary

OK thanks Chenliu! I have downloaded the files to my computer. now I have 2 questions:

1 - the file is in Chinese (looking at its name). although i live in china, I am not able to read Chinese that is why i am happy that my map is in English (pinyin). So will updating the SW with the 2.9 SW Version effect the operating language of the Nuvi or the language of the map? Can the nuvi be put back in english operation language?

2 - How to update safely as i do not want a bricked nuvi? do i need extra software to update? could you give me some clear instructions?

I have a Garmin 1450 that I bought in Taiwan, but this does not accept garmin voice in Portuguese in Brazil.
I wonder if you have any firmeware cure HWID for garmin 1450 B1103?

I have already put other voices in Portuguese on the device, but the voices that are used in other Garmin models: eg 1300 or 1310.
The device informs you that the audio is not compatible.

The HWID B1103 is the software version is 3.30, the update webupdater no voice or program for garmin 1450.

I'd like to help one of how to get the audio in Portuguese.

I tried to modify gupdate.gcd for 1450TWN hwid1103 to accept Portuguese_Brazilian_Raquel.vpm
It is a rgn file.
Please report me it works or not. :)
