    I keep getting the error "unable to authenticate gps hardware" I am trying to use a 60 csx. I have followed the instructions over and over. I have tried using the 60csx ID mobile pc setting and that generate copy and saved as sw.unl I have also done the custom mapid at the bottom and done the same thing and I still get the message. I have uninstalled and re installed a few times to the same result. I have generated about 20 sw changes still nothing is working. Also I have mapsource installed and tried to send maps but it is saying no map in the mobile pc. What am I doing wrong

    @khakhi

    You use the JetMouse keygen v1.5 to generate a "SW.UNL" file for Garmin Mobile XT. That unlocks the software for other than Garmin GPS receivers. It should be unlocked for the software ID discovered in the GMXT software under About (Tools->Settings->About). The "SW.UNL" file should be put on the microSD(HC) card under '[storage card]:\Garmin\SW.UNL' with just the 25-char unlock code inside the file (no blanks or new lines).
