This is not a problem with the licensed mode system! Android 9.0 changed the GPS interface signal, and streetpilot is not compatible. Streetpilot modifier Voodoo master can't make Android 9.0 really successful work！Quote:

StreetPilot was always like this with maps mapear or TRC_Brasil.
Only with maps City Navigator works without crash when routes calculate.
Try use City Navigator South America.
