Have you installed java as suggested in starting post?
sent with my phone
You might need to uninstall all Javas you got and install just 1.8.0_45 again. I update mine just now and it works fine. Also might want to shorted the file name and folders.
I'm getting errors with 2.6 & 2.7 on different Windows 7 systems and otherwise good SP apks:
Slow Netbook with Java 1.7.0_17 "Error: Sign Timeout!"
Faster Laptop with Java 1.6.0_33 "Error: Sign Timeout!"
Powerful Workstation with Java 1.8.0_51 "Error create Process() Java Align!"
All in later stages of signing.
APK's are current good 2.35 & 2.37, including some known good working ones I've just used as a sanity check and selecting preset paths only.
I wonder if you use some kind of protection software on all 3 systems that might be interfering with SPPC...
SPPC is mostly a front-end loader that depends on 7za.exe (7-Zip), signapk.jar (which needs java) and zipalign.exe found in ../SPPC/lib/. Maybe running SPPC in Administrator mode will help. If not, you can try this method [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].
If signdrop still fails then you can try entering commands manually in Command Prompt to sign and align.
Thanks for that, turned out it was both Symantec& McAfee that took a dislike to the zipalign.exe component but I was able to identify and manage it via the alternative method. All worked well, you are a gentleman and a scallop...Quote:
