That is why I don't like android. Much better is windows. No such issues with it, not so much forks. Ok, thanks flagmax.
I thought about what you said. The problem I see is if they are not rooted then they can't use the app to edit access to MicroSd. But it seems Kitkat and maybe others does provide access to a special folder Android on either built in memory or external that you can can access and modify. I think that's the purpose for those Android path apks.

I don't want to start Android vs Windows battle but is there Garmin on Windows? I remember the days when Windows Mobile was top gun and I used Garmin Mobile XT on Dell Axim and loved it. In those days real GPS units where too expensive and not that good. But those days are long gone.
Today is a different world. Android brings a lot of choices for people. With new hardware must come new software. With the latest Lolypop update it seems to handle many older apps very well. Yes there are bugs but the chances of working then out and fast are better than with any other OS.
As for StreetPilot app, it is more compatible then not with the devices out there. I hope I didn't scare you away with my previous post. If you love Garmin Maps and the look of their GUI, then Streetpilot is very viable option to have. It is actually many times faster then real Garmin units. One thing it lacks is traffic. The v2.35 runs so good that I hardly even think about bringing the real GPS unit.
edit: Look likes there is Windows Phone version [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

I get white screen after install [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] (StreetPilot Ver 2.35)
Path:/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.garmin.android.apps.gmobilext/files/Garmin/
My device Samsung tab 3 (root) screen is 10", resolution screen is 1280x800, Android version 4.2.2
Help me, what the solution, Thanks.
@flagmax,Thank you very much !
Could you modify Garmin Street Pilot res 800x480 v.2.35 for Android 4.2.2+ ?
Regards!
Using my Galaxy S4 as an example, the 10GB of internal storage included in the phone can be accessed via /storage/sdcard0/, /storage/emulated/0/, or /storage/emulated/legacy/. Don't ask me why there are three different ways to get to the same place but none of them require root to access, which was my point. The poster likely asked for that particular path because writing to the internal storage is supported by Android, whereas writing to the MicroSD card requires root and a text editor to enable it.
So sorry but 1280x800 and 1024x600 are cursed resolutions it seems. I do not know of solution and no one with problem contacted me yet to try a teamviewer debug session.
