I did not bought the traffic service from Garmin, it appeared naturally after my installation, by the way not bought anything. I did not yet field test with Viago, but I noticed that the traffic information is only graphic in my case, quite different from the complete information of the smartphone link of gps. Quite interesting is the traffic images of Phillip, that has a graphic pattern of traffic different from mine (similar to the GPS 2012 and higher) with more information. Probably indicates that the Live Traffic is paid or that there is differences between patterns of traffic data (graphics and others) between countries.

    No options are added.
Just route laid subject to traffic.
Data traffic in Russia are free. (for Viago, for SmartphoneLink, for TMC-RDS)
Disable your traffic data in the program is not possible.
You can disable the transmission / reception of mobile data in your device.

    Here's another picture.
I am sorry that they are in Russian.

As the Viago appears to have been designed to work primarily with City Navigator and your country is not covered, or is in a limited way, by CN South America, so the system would be incompatible, theoretically. What you can do is install a routable road map offline of your country on Garmin folder, OSM or another local map. Disable all forms of alternative location on your phone, leaving only the GPS enabled (exclude wi-fi network and triangulation by cell). That's because Viago only boot when system has some active location and initially he better not identify the location. If you are in a closed environment where no have satellite signal, even seeking signal Viago boot process and load the map offline that you installed. From there you can go to an external environment to the tune of satellites. I guess also prudent, you enter another country in South America, which is not Paraguay, in configurations of mobile and Viago, so it is important to disable the wi-fi network and phone Location and keep only the GPS for this..

It is not good, I'd like to see traffic but I prefer to decide myself if I want to take a detour. At least this worked better for me with TMC traffic on nuvi.

this is what i do to skip "Your contry not suported" screen,
    (my device is rooted).
    1.instal viago.
2.instal "fake gps" apps from playstore.
    3. disable network/wifi location, also disable GPS.
    4. run fake gps, set to US, or europe.
    5. run Viago, confirm some dialog from viago, wait until "ready to navigate" appears.

    6. then you can close viago, and instal any IMG map.
dont wory, after you sucess with skip the "country not suported" page, it wont ask you anymore, so now we can remove fake gps apps, and use our "real" GPS.

so basicaly we only use "fake gps" apps to virtualy detect our location as suported region (US/europe) only on initial page when running Viago for first time.

i hope this help. tested on my chinese ICS device, with indonesian map (.img).

problem: i still cannot make route to works, so i guess route didnt work on unsuported country.?
