streetpilot 2.33 still having problem with cgpsmapper maps
Did somebody try version 2.33 of Garmin SP with Mapear?
Same behavior as previous versions?

I have tried your solution again.
And yes it works. Still, it is too complex to use. If it does not need to recalculate one can set the route and then disable the CN map (if not, the route is not visible at all scales) so the real Mapear (or Venrut) layer can be seen and the route is displayed.
but as soon as it has to recalculate it will crash
Did someone try mapear maps with v2.35 on android lollipop?
Like 2 months ago I tried it on a nexus 4 and it worked fine, no problem while calculating and I was able to navigate ok, unfortunately, the owner of that phone has flashed the phone so I'm not being able to try it again or inspect which version I installed. But if I'm not wrong I used the one listed here for android 5 fixing the landscape bug. Now, I facing the problem with mapear maps on an s3 mini kitkat cyanogenmod, it crashes when it tries to calculate the route (sometimes I see the calculated route and hear some voice instructions but it crashes anyway)
=(
If you use the garmin south america and your mappear map at the same time it won`t crash anymore.
Does nobody here read posts? Workaround in post n20
Think it should be made clear what this means: It is only an 'optical' Workaround... meaning the routing is totally based on CN streets und you only see the other map, not more. Any streets, ways and paths included in the 'problematic map' are not used for any routing... so it's at least not a workaround, if somebody needs the e.g. offroad streets of the problem-map for routing...
I justed tested it for CN Europe and some 'problematic' OSM-based maps... you see the nice OSM-maps, but they play no role for the routing...'
By the way: even if all maps are 'activated' you see a) the OSM map and b) the route itself... so no need to deactivate CN...
