You can't. You will have to install one of the non rooted install versions and hope it works.Quote:

How did you get it working on galaxy S4 agoattamer?

Note 2 (SCH-N719, 4.1.1): copied the garmin folder to sdcard, as instructed.
Then tied to launch apk. Unrooted version (StreetPilot_216_no_root_sdcard.apk) cannot install, says "Parse Error - There is a problem parsing the package". same with Black Wolfe's version.
What am I doing wrong?

Successfully installed to my S3 4.1.2, but anybody of you who have same issue with the GPS bar indicator on the top left corner,the first bar indicates red and remaining is in gray, whereas this should be all in green(depends from the acquired signal) if you are already connected to the satellites.
Yes, I have the same issue with my Galaxy Note 2 JB 4.1.2 official non-rooted that the GPS indicator bar is still in one red bar while the satellites status are locked and navigation works normally (ready to navigate).Quote:

Hello. Install garmin on my galaxy s2 no root rom 4.1.2 without major problems.
Copy the garmin folder on the SD card, then install StreetPilot_216_no_root_sdcard.apk, create the folder Map and copy the maps from Mapear Project, then install StreetPilot_A80.apk to add spanish language.
Reset and then start the program.
But outside of what I read in the forum, from time to time, the program shuts itself and return to the main screen of the phone.
Anyone else have this problem???
