For bigger resolution, like me on Galaxy Note (1280x800), you can use the libgarminos.so from v2.14 and it will give you large font and better view.
Cheers!

has anybody tried to install the libgarminos.so from v2.14 in their galaxy s3 or note2 with android 4.1.2? it should be nice like what it should look when installed in samsung galaxy s2. if you could see the screen shot of ms caty on her s2 SP on the first page, that is exactly how it looks. the resolution is more better and so balanced at the screen, while the libgarminos that goes with the pack, the letters, icons and buttons are so thin and well, for me it is not eye pleasing. i have tried to install it but kept on crashing on me at the point when it will lock up the satellite. bang! force closes the application. simulation is ok though. it is only locking on the bird and in actual road use that it crashes. any input on this? will be happy to find out. ... or perhaps tabohu would chime in and share his thoughts on this. thanks
Uh how much RAM does Streetpilot use? I'm getting apps that freezes for a couple of seconds and then come back.
Does anyone install Dashboards?Quote:
Dashboards folder to unrar and copy in Garmin Directory on phone: X:\Garmin\Dashboards
download:Dashboards.rar
I'm trying, but unsuccessful.
In my S2 dashboards don't work
Guys as you know there is a glitch on the sound; you drag the bar to the % you want but then after 2 seconds it goes to 0% again. Here I read that the problem was solved by using the phone's volume buttons, but it didn't work for me (it goes to 0% again). Any idea on how to solve that?
Oh, I also discovered the right folder for the voices ... but can't really test them because of the sound problem I've just mentioned. The folder for the voices was "storage/extSdCard/Garmin/" (there it goes the "voice" folder). Again, it confused me that inside the internal phone's memory (called sdcard) there was a folder called external_sd..... it couldn't possibly be any more confusing than that.
In my Street Pilot volume goes to 0 every time I start the app, but if I use phone Volume control it overrides SP volume and it works. In volume page bar goes up and down, but np, must just push vol up in phone when you start navigating.
Voices go in "voice" folder in Garmin folder everywhere you put it, SDcard or External.(see pic in post n1)
I dont have issues when SP creates routes or recalculates, but I use Adv.Task Killer before starting SP.
I've tested SCDB yesterday, they appear on map (small icons on road) but proximity alerts don't work.
Probably sound problem affects them too or some files are missing in Garmin directory.
I'd modify "StreetPilot_216_no_root_storagesdcard0_LANG.apk" from Black Wolf to sdcard\Garmin with thai menu. It look work with my Note2. Unfortunate:redcarded: , it work 1-2 time, when I start it again I got a black screen. It'll work again if I uninstall thai language before open program. Any help would be appreciated?

how do you fix the battery icon glitch, all else runs well on my T-Mobile Galaxy Note II
Read the first post. You have to edit the libgarminos file with a hex editor.
