gmap3d.img depends on City Navigator version you are using, because addition files are version dependant, so look at Maps index at the link posted in OP.
DEM maps are in index too, here a link: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Almost all the links in OP and in post n2 are good, except some users' apk links, but you can use Multilanguage apk and the link is ok.
You don't write what Android version you are running, but check OP if this version is ok for your phone.
