I changed CityXplorer 2014.10 and CityXplorer 2012.40
to work together with any CN Europe (NT or NTU).

---

Full CX works with all CNEU versions because contains all the files, Small CX works with its related version and never works with NTU version because subfiles contain version MAPID.
All EU CX Files are posted in Maps section and are assembled and MMR are unlocked by FID 800 here at Noeman.

Is there any progress of your Galaxy Tab 3 7 to run Streetpilot?

---

Sad to say No,

Even rooted the Tab3 and tried almost all Apks, can view the 2 files installed with RE but same Notifications encountered.

Got the LogCat which suggests may be sensors causing it, but unless someone can decipher the LogCat file to find out the reasons.
Will update if successful.

Thank You for your time and effort to try it out.

You also mentioned that you borrowed a Galaxy Tab 2 7, streetpilot works, right?

Have you test out all functions in Tab 2? Did you try to use it in car to verify its accurracy, performance and stability in real life driving?

If yes, it would be appreciated for you to share the details of your experience in Tab 2.

Thx

Tab2 was borrowed for a short period mainly to test all my installion files are proper.

- accuracy has no problem
- loaded 2 maps, A CN map is able to search but a 3rd party compiler map could not search.

Did not try other features as Tab3 was my objective.

I can confirm that the version from the other thread works well on a Galaxy Tab 2 7" (GT-P3100) with rooted stock Android 4.0.4. The only thing that is suboptimal is the look of 3D view navigation. As I prefer north up 2D view, using the tab as a moving map, I'm fine with the version and did drive with it for several hours.
Somebody in #365 mentioned, that he installed the version from this thread on his tab, so I assume it would run.

Great! You did a test drive with your Galaxy Tab 2 7.

Would please give more info on 3D display suboptimal? Can you see the navigation map in 3D mode?

In addition, for battery performance during drive, did the battery drained out EVEN you plug into 12V for continous charging. Many cell phone or tablet will drain the battery to zero when using GPS. Have u experience in Tab 2 ?

For Samsung Galaxy Note 2, anyone has tried to run Streetpilot on Tmobile Note 2 (i.e. T889) ? Does it work?
