I have installed the version for the phones on my galaxt tab 2 3110, 4.1.2 non rooted.
So, as soon as I launch the application, after the dialog box "select a locale" everything is frozen.

Probably i need an application for a NON rooted galaxt tab2, with installation on ExtSdCard, maybe you can give me the link.
    thanks.

It sounds like possibly incorrect path for your device if it hangs.

If you don't have lqanguage files in text folder then this is reason why don't work.

Also look if your Garmin or text folder is marked for read only, if yes, then turn off read only.

    - Install total commander
    - when you open it, make screen shot so we can see what path your device see for external SD so we can help you create working apk for your device.
