Default WANTED: Garmin StreetPilot for Android 4.0.x on chinese GPS/ Tablet Lessons for Beginners

    Dear Colleagues

I ask your permission to start this post.
The same way that catymag posted in 2008 Garmin Mobile XT things to know : lesson for beginners, I am looking for an analogous tutorial to start learning how to install Garmin StreetPilot on Android 4.0.x for chinese GPS/ Tablet - there are big deals out there -

I am totally freshman to Android so the post Garmin StreetPilot 1.49 Android OS ICS 4.0.x for no-rooted devices by djeman & Black Wolf is too much advanced - it relays on previous knowledge - and I feel I lose a big part.
That's why I am asking some kind of guidence thru the steps to install Garmin StreetPilot for Android.

Many thanks in advance for your answers and for the valuable material that all of you post.

Try to read this thread from post n2
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Unfortunately I'm on JB 4.1.2 so I dont have a personal experience installing it, so I tried to decode chinese forum posts, users added infos, but you should read the whole thread
BW and djeman, later, just made a version for non rooted phones, but the source is still the same : chinese user voodoo.
This app doesnt work on every Android phones, it depends on resolution and roms, must just patiently read, try and see.
You have to navigate to get to the good.

YOu need a native speaker ? Caty has done the best, leaving nothing for me to help.
Garmin sp were all dumped from Asus padphones with Qualcomm cpus and its commands set . This is the key restriction in addition to android os version.

Voodoo's first dump of Garmin ( diyer's 1.49 version) has a TI cpu support (in rebuild 7 by voodoo), but 149 works in android 40x only.
Anyway newer dumps (not by voodoo) seem to work in 4.1x , but Qualcomm cpu only--as the Asus padphones are shipped with . I wonder if voodoo would release an newer build with TI instructions enabled.

Key diy part is the libgarmin.so with resolution and filename specifications.

Anyway i didnt make it---just too late to download TI enabled build-- file expired
