i try to open the "mylocations.db" file with sqlitebrowser, find out that the real cordinate(in degree) for (372475068,1449302728 ) is (31.2205,121.47915) 372475068/31.2205=11930464.53 ,11930464.84 this is the FACTOR
by exporting the favorite chart into *.csv and we can transfer the cordinate to *.gpx manually.(EXCEL is needed,i am not sure whether gpsbarbel can do it or not)
If someone could make a convertion program, it would be awesome.

Hi guys,
Could I aks for some help please?
I have the WE version installed, and since I need the whole europe coverage, I donwloaded two separate maps, the west europe, and the east europe (that's what I found from the latest 2012.40)
Now I don't know how to deal with the JCV files. Which one would be good for me? Thank you.
Never mind, I got that working.

Hey before I go and buy the iPhone app, I wondered if anyone had tried using TOPO or BlueChart maps on the iPhone. I already have TomTom W.Europe which meets all my on-the-road needs but love the thought of having GB Discoverer topo maps and bluechart with me for when I'm either rambling about or on the boat. I guess the maps should download OK using the methods in this thread but is StreetPilot user friendly for off-road navigation when you dont really need auto-routing but want more traditional gps sight-and-go?
Anyone given this a go?
Cheers, Pete

For Bluecharts Iphone should have a dedicated app soon.

For those who find the halfscreen junction pictures provided by the bigger jcv file too small, and want to make it fullscreen,
you just have to access the TargetConfig.plist file in garmin-app folder, scroll to the end, and set the value of (jcv_half_mode_landscape) to 'false' instead of 'true'. No need to say that to do that you have to use either a plist editor on a pc or mac, or iFile on the iPhone, and both reaquires Jailbreak if I'm not mistaken.
I also rewrote the name of the *.jcv file in the TargetConfig file (a couple of lines above), I changed it to the one I have. I don't know if it's crucial or not. Somebody may test it and get back on that.
