    Thanks Catymag!

    Unfortunately the "Converter Garmin IMG To Mapsource" corrupted my Mapsource installation when I attempted to convert the img file. Even after completing new installs of Mapsource, the converter blew up Mapsource.

    I understand how the img file works so this is sure a lot better than what I had, thanks.

    Downloaded and installed just fine...but all I get are a bunch of .img files (plus others) that are not recognized by Mapsource.

    Please advice/instruct on what to do next.

    Hi, I'm new in the forum. Next july i will make a bike tracking in Perú and I was looking for a Topo Map for my Garmin Etrex Legend HCx. I normally have *.img file on the Sd card. Can anyone help me. thanks
