    1st question: No idea
2nd question: There is no address system in Japan, so best would be to navigate by POI's or Coordinates

I had some problems with MapSource 6.16.1 + patched and solved when I installed 6.15.11 + patched
Maybe you could try with 6.15.11

Thx for the tip, i've already switched to the 6.15.11 patched version. Unfortunately i still can't get it to accept the key for the City Navigator Japanese NT v10 maps to unlock this map. I'm generating the key with the Keygen v1.5 fix, using my Zumo S/N, etc.
I think it is something pretty simple, because when i add the key in the "Unlock Regions" tab it accepts it, but still shows it as a "Map product not installed". For example with the UUD map once i enter the key in the same way it recognizes the map and calls it by it's full name.

Just to make sure I'm doing it right, from the original post for this map, it says to use the MapID: 453, and the PID: 1 is the default - is this correct? I have successfully installed this map on the Zumo so am really confused why i can't get the MapSource part to work.

Would it be possible to post the unlocked map here? I run Mac OS X, so I can't use the unlock program. Thanks!

    Hi Catymag,
Really want to say thanks for all these maps - helped me a lot in my research. I like the Japan v10 - just two issues that arise as the highways are complex:
1 Where can I get a JCV file - if any? and 2 Why are there no Japanese voice that speaks the road names - not in Webupdater (only turn left/right)

(BTW: Ive 3 posts but the welcome note says Ive not started posting for 57 days!)

No JCV file available, whether the next Map has JCV is not known
Garmin never released a Japanese TTS, so all u can have is the standard voice

How are you able to display the Japanese map? Are you using the Japanese version of the Zumo?
I'm still hacking away trying to figure out how to convert my US Zumo to display the Japanese Kanji characters.

Is this the latest available version? I see the v11 is out as well, but not yet on torrent sites. Also, how to avoid the kanji problem on non-japanese GPS devices?
