The maps that are installed in the device work without problems and have a lifetime license for updates
it is CNE 2020
I would like to install other maps for Garmin
But it didn't work
I installed other applications on the device without any problems(Igo, MapsMe,Google map,....
The installation files can be found for example on forum 4p*a

I think your problem hasn't been fully understood until now. Maybe you could give some more information as to what happens when you install a 3rd party map like the unrestricted "Roads of Belarus"? i.e. Does it not appear in the devices map info? Does the device show a message on start up ("Map cannot be unlocked" or "Map cannot be authenticated" for instance)? Also are you installing the map to the device memory or on microSD and also what path and naming?

Card is blocked or damaged
on another device this map works
I installed map in the internal memory in folder Garmin/Map
Installed OSM map it works

OSM likely works because it doesn't rely on Garmin copyright material. In Dogori Belarusi map data you'll see this info:

There's no publicly available firmware patcher for Garmin's recent Android OS devices afaik. Sorry i can't help further.

Although minay100 that they are free, I think I saw Garmin ask for 25US$ for them

These BY maps aren't made or sold by Garmin, they are cooperatively produced by KartaBy and afaik supplied without charge. "Roads of Belarus" (Dogori Belarusi) is made using Garmin's Map Product Creator (formerly Mapsource Product Creator). If the MPC software used to create the custom map is not licensed by Garmin then the resultant map will work fine in Garmin's older devices with unprotected firmware but will not work in newer devices with protected firmware. I don't know for sure if that's minay100's problem with his Camper 785 but it quite likely is the cause.
