hello, I have a stupid question, why now the IMG files are two North and South - is it not possible all map to be on one file - is it some file system limitations like the file is bigger then 4Gb and can't be written on FAT32?
Also is it possible to have both files copied on the same card and loaded in the same time?
    thanks in advance.

Img is in two parts becouse fat32 4Gb limitation like you already figure out.
You can add both img in same folder Garmin or Map on SD and both will work at the same time.
If you wish, you can [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Yes of course you can use both at the same time.

    Rename them like this:
    North map as gmapsupp.img
    South map as gmapsup1.img

Download unlocked .gmap folder in post #19, put it in Garmin/ProgramData/Maps, and map will be displayed in MapSource or BaseCamp.
