I just download 3233310 and use only Gmapprom.img with gimgunlock-0.03+MapSigPatch on my brand new Nuvi 65LMT from US and it works fine!!
1. I tried to use this to use this but realised it is probably for PC and not Macbook? Is there a version for Macbook?Quote:

2. The Dual map works perfectly on my Nuvi 1250. Roads displayed and voice all in English. But when I tried to search for Points of Interest, the results will initially be displayed in English for just a few seconds, then they will all switch to Thai. How can I stop the switch from English to Thai?

2014/04/24 Adding Mac OS X version....
I think I am blind. I did go check that thread but somehow missed that last line adding the Mac OS X file. Sorry for the newbie question, but
1. "Adding Mac OS X version - Run the unzipped executable GarminAsianJcvTool in a Terminal window and pass the JCV file as the first argument." means can follow the same steps as for gimgunlock? Open Terminal Window, drag GarminAsianJCVTool and JCV files to the Window, hit Return?
2. Any advice for my second question on the results switching to Thai?
I had the same problem but by changing the way you search you can get around this. If you use the built in menus "where to?/points of interest/food and drink/pizza" for example, you will get results in thai. If you use "where to?/points of interest/food and drink/all food" and then type in the word "pizza" you will get results in English!Quote:

Anyway, I found by trial and error that if I also put the older 2013.30 Thai English Map in the same Map directory, somehow the search results come out in English.
That trick was described by syzygy as used by tourists who return home to China with a Garmin bought overseas which cannot input any chinese characters. They load both local Chinese and English [pinyin] maps of China but deselect the latter in the map menu. Even deselected it allows for search of POIs on the unit's English keyboard but they can then be routed to on the Chinese map which is the only one selected. With AU maps, both Sensis and HERE versions can be loaded with only one selected to enrich the POI display. Best of course not to have two detail maps covering the same area selected at the same time.Quote:

If I buy a Nuvi back in Europe (for example this one):
and I come back to Thailand (where I live) can I then install the Thai Map on this device or is that not possible and is that map only supported by : 55/40/42/215w etc etc listed on the Garmin page ?)Code:https://buy.garmin.com/en-GB/GB/on-the-road/camper/rv-760lmt/prod135455.html
