    The D315600.db file is supplied with the 2012.10 version of the CNA map. You'll find it in post #13 here:

    @crab64
    You can put the DB file on the unit in an SQLite folder in .System on a 37x0, or same in a Garmin folder on a microSD card. The file has not been updated recently, still D315600.db.

    Are you sure that SQLite folder in a Garmin folder on a microSD card will be read by device?

    Ummm, I actually can't guarantee that Giomen. I think it does, as do most files and folders which work in .System on modern devices. Although some don't as you know, e.g the .SRD language files must remain in .System/ASR folder on unit while the .ASR & .SRX map specific files work fine in sd:/Garmin/ASR.

    I suppose the sure way is to leave it on the unit itself, but perhaps someone else has tested and can confirm one way or the other ..... or maybe you can test instead of picking on me again .....

    The first, when I seeking in SW source for 1:\ (SD card path) I finded all directory for map addons in exclusion of SQLite only.
    The second, it was a whisper that no .db on purchased SD (but it is no argument for me - I did not see this).

    I have checked on Nuvi 3790 of my neighbor and if I replaced SQLite to SD I do not see a magic word Traffic Trends after the map name. So content of SQLite folder work only in device.
    Thank you!!!

    I need help uploading this map to a Kenwood KDC6180 navigation.
    The navigation have only USB input - no SD card slot.
    The normal way to update the map is that the device writes GarminDevice.xml in GARMIN folder of the USB flash drive and then the flash drive must be read on PC with Garmin Communication plugin and the Garmin web site suggest you to buy the update.
    Then (after you purchase it) I think it downloads the map on to the USB stick with generated UNL file and you must plug the USB stick in the Kenwood and run the update procedure.
    After I tried to copy unlocked version of the 2014.40 map (both full and without Mexico < 2GB) in GARMIN folder of the USB stick the device shows this error: The map update on the USB storage device is not compatible with the device. Instert the correct USB storage device, and try again.

    anyone have experience with this device ?

    thanks in advance !
