All US/EU fw 1xxx units have an error with Asian JCV, but usually crash & reboot.
Yes, it gives the same result with the original JCV. I recall that I saw someone's feedback in this thread showing the list of not workable models and the 1490T is one of them. Thanks for your quick comment. Your JCV patch tool is great. I wish I could use my 1490T with Thai JCV some day.
as far as i know, theres no JCV in Phuket, only BKK and Chiang Mai

I have a 1490T US that was converted to the latest 1490 Thai firmware several years ago and it has been working fine with all the maps and JCVs.Quote:
