    Hi ,
have a look [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    In few steps,
an unlocked map you "obtained" from this thread must be renamed gmapsupp.img (but maybe it's already named correctly) : please first read #1 post...your nuvi can't read maps > 1,99 gb (but I'll be happy to be proved wrong if not, I'm a newby so maybe new firmware will be able to read bigger ones: I don't have that model ))
Create a folder in your SD as : x:\Garmin and put the unlocked map into this folder
    you will have " x:\Garmin\gmapsupp.img
First , run an update of your nuvi with WebUpdater to update to the latest firmware : then switch off the device and insert the sd card ...switch on and wait until it "fix" the signal..... that's all.
Of course you must "flag" your new map and "deflag" the oldest in the nuvi menu.
    Bye, Umbe

Differences between NT and NTU ....20131.40->2013.41 for IMG:

    NT 2013.40 = 2,83 GB (3.045.916.672 byte)
    NT 2013.41 = 2,83 GB (3.045.982.208 byte)

this is mine 2,83 GB (3.045.982.208 byte) obtained from post #22 (torrent)
To be honest I tried only in the internal memory (don't really need to use an ext sd, maybe 'cause I don't have an sd card in my hand .... )
but seems to works fine. Did you compared the size ?
.....well ,a minute, you told that - works on 3760T but did not work on a 765T... - did you put all the needed files on it? JCV, 3Dimage...etc etc? - just for curiosity....
Yes, I have tried it with Map+3D+JCV and with the map only (gmapsupp.img) in the 765T...

    Hi ferluq
ok, maybe the problem is inside the 765t ?
If it works on a 3760T .... I have no answers but those :
did you update the firmware of the 765?
have you tried to put the map in the nav (renaming it gmapprom.img) ?
The path of the file is correct? eg. sdcard:\Garmin\gmapsupp.img or SDcard:\Map\anyname.img ?
The card is formatted in fat32 ?
You said it not works ....please kindly report what does it means .... (the nav don't elaborate the map ,....errors during switch on , didn't find the map in info , the nav freeze during startup......
Last but no least SD reader faulty? (you said that the first msd "burned" , and the second one didn't work for a while and the returned to work)
    Bye, Umbe
