Thanks that's great, any chance of making a cut down coast to coast? I've tried with gmaptool, but it's not very clear to me how..Quote:

What do you mean with 'a cut down coast to coast'?
It's included in my joined Trails map already.
In post #42 you said..Quote:

Have you updated your trails maps since and is it in the joined one?
thanks!
Maybe I wasn't clear enough.
There are 17 Trailmaps v2 (Coast to Coast is one of them) and they are all inside the joined Trailmap.
This doesn't work on the Oregon 300, with GB Discoverer 50k + Trails + Parks all enabled, you don't get the 25k detail, in the 25k areas..
What units are people using this combination with?
After creating these joined maps I tested them succesfully on my 62s and Oregon 600.
I would expect them to work on the Oregon 300 as well but I don't have one myself.
Question: I suppose you have all 3 on a 16GB micro SD? Do you see the 25k layer in Basecamp?
All 3 on a 8GB sandisk SDHC. In Basecamp if I choose the Trails or Parks then I can see the 25k.
On the Oregon 300, latest firmware, it's just like the Trails or Parks are not there, unless I disable the GB discoverer 50k.
Did you set Map-detail at "Most" ?
Yes tried it on all detail level settings including most...
Strange, does an Original single National Park or Trailmap work correctly?
Maybe you should try a Hard Reset (save your profiles first).
